Troubleshooting
Common issues and solutions.
What’s new in 5.1.0
- User-configurable alert rules — build rules in the CP from a registry of metrics (queue, server, editors, content) with operator, threshold, and severity.
- Webhook notifications for Slack, Microsoft Teams, and generic JSON receivers (Zapier, IFTTT, custom endpoints).
- Per-rule email recipients and a “notify admins” toggle, with optional notify-on-resolve and a flap throttle.
- Granular permissions —
viewDashboard, manageAlerts, andmanageSettingsreplace the single CP-access permission. - Async delivery — notifications fire from a queue job so SMTP and webhook latency never block the request that raised the alert.
